Meet Our Leadership Team

Expanding upon her years of experience as a recruiter, Heather cofounded Search Services in 1999. Prior to starting her recruiting career, she was an external auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She brings extensive recruiting experience and established relationships with a broad range of individuals in all areas of accounting and finance. Heather is a CPA and holds a BBA in accounting from Baylor University.

As Managing Partner and CEO of Search Services, Tony has more than 25 years of accounting and finance recruiting experience in the Houston market. Today, he leads an in-house team of 20 recruiters in three divisions. Before embarking on this business venture, he cofounded a company that was a technology leader in the broadband market and launched a successful IPO. Earlier in his career, Tony gained valuable audit and consulting experience in the Advanced Development Program at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds an MBA in finance from Rice University, and a BBA in marketing from the University of Houston.

David is an experienced developer, technology project manager, and recruiter. Prior to establishing Search Technology, David held leadership positions with Ernst & Young and other technology companies. David brings more than 20 years of experience in the information technology industry to Search Technology. He is a Project Management Institute Certified Project Manager, and holds a BBA from Baylor University, with a double major in management information systems and quantitative business analysis, and a minor in finance.

Praneet’s career spans 20 years in executive recruiting at global corporations. He joined Search Services in January 2005 focusing on information technology and supply chain positions. He has been a key strategist and hiring authority for major organizational expansions, and has been responsible for hiring hundreds of employees. His extensive business experience and critical eye for talent have made him highly effective at sourcing and placing impactful players. He holds a Bachelor of Science in political science from the University of Houston.

Jeff Mackey helps lead the Search Finance Division of Search Services, and he has almost three decades of financial recruiting experience. His expertise includes financial and commercial roles for Private Equity firms (and their investments), accounting and reporting roles for public companies, and energy accounting roles. He dedicates significant time and focus to CFO and CAO searches for PE portfolio companies. Before joining Search Services, he cofounded two recruiting firms in Houston. Jeff is a former Arthur Andersen tax professional and CPA. He holds a BBA with a double major in Finance and Accounting from Texas A&M University.

Denise leads the Search Support Division of Search Services. She brings over 25 years of experience in recruiting a wide range of specialty areas including human resources, accounting and finance, executive support, legal and supply chain roles. She has developed long-term relationships with key personnel in all industries. Prior to joining Search Services, Denise was cofounder of a regional recruiting firm, which she successfully managed for over 10 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science in psychology from the University of Houston.
